CUES CCTV Trailer Retrofit
February 2024
Statement of Work (SOW) For
CUES CCTV Trailer Retrofit
1. BACKGROUND: This Statement of Work outlines the retrofit of the 773 CES CUES CCTV Trailer used to help utilities shop personnel the ability to view and record the condition of underground sewer and storm lines throughout JBER
2. OBJECTIVES: Solidify a contract to allow said contractor to acquire all parts/materials-components and arrange for the retrofit of the current 773 CES owed CUES CCTV trailer on JBER in Alaska. The components of the current trailer have failed and/or outdated and need to be replaced with the above-mentioned new parts and materials- components.
3 REQUIREMENTS: Required components are as follow.
Summit CCU MD680 – 1 each Summit PCU MD370 – 1 each Summit wiring – 1 kit each Install hardware, blank panels for holes, mounts – 1 kit each 1000’ gold cable TM607-10H – 1 each Reel upgrade parts to accept auto payout – 1 each Auto payout kit for reel – 1 each OZ3s with sonde – MZ350 – 1 each CPR transporter WM360 – 1 each Gnet computer and software package – 1 each Gnet support plan – 1 year Kit 8” CPR wheels WM308 – 1 each Kit 10-15” CPR wheels WM310 – 1 each Kit – 18”+ pneumatic tires for CPR – 1 each 10-15” spiked steel wheels WM096-2 -6 each 6” spiked steel wheels for CPR WM096-2 -6 each 8” spiked steel wheels for CPR WS112-2 -6 each Spacer kit for CPR wheels WM317 – 1 each Power camera lift for CPR WM334 – 1 each Rear view camera for CPR with pigtail lock WM375 – 1 each Power boom crane kit – reel mounted and remote – 1 each Downhole and roller kit – 1 each Redi Kit – troubleshooting system – 1 each
4. DELIVERY: Contractor will ship all components to 4241 Finletter Ave. JBER, AK 99506. Once components have arrived contractor will schedule travel to JBER, AK to retrofit the 773 CES CUES CCTV trailer.
5. GOVERNMENT FURNISHED EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES: The government will provide 120v electrical service should the contactor require shore power to perform the retrofit.
6. SECURITY REQUIREMENTS: All personnel employed by the Contractor in the performance of this contract, or any representative of the Contractor entering the government installation, shall abide by all JBER (Joint Base Elmendorf- Richardson) security regulations. Personnel performing the work will have DBIDS access passes processed so the contractor is able to travel freely on and off the installation during the delivery phase of the contract. Individuals must be able to pass a background check that will be conducted prior to entry of the installation. Individuals performing the work will be required to provide their full name, DOB, SSN, driver’s license issuing state and license number to gain access to the installation.
7. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: All work shall be performed at 4241 Finletter Ave. JBER. Training will be conducted within close proximity of the retrofit location above.
8. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Once contractor has secured all components and shipping to JBER Alaska is completed, the contractor will schedule base access passes processing and will schedule retrofit and training. Expected completion of retrofit and training should be by May 22, 2024
9. GENERAL INFORMATION:
9.1. HOURS OF OPERATION: Hours of operation are 0700-1600 Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays and any other designated down day. Work can be done at other than the normal hours of operation with the approval of the Contracting Officer. The contractor shall coordinate in advance all hours of work and any service interruptions.
