Salient Characteristics
Requirement for (1) handheld Counter - Small Unmanned Aerial System (C-SUAS) Electronic Drone Emulator. Product offered must be brand name or equal to the Ninja Emulation System (ES)
System must be able to do the following:
1. Receive and detect small unmanned aerial system RF signals in common communication bands (2.4/5.8 GHz and 400/900 MHz).
2. Validate the successful transmission of protocol-based RF countermeasures.
3. Provide supplemental environmental RF scanning to identify dynamic sources of interference.
4. Support software updates.
5. Withstand multiple electronic warfare (EW) C-SUAS system type tests without alteration to the device.
6. Have an internal rechargeable battery that lasts for a minimum of 3 hours.
7. Provide user input with a built-in display module.
