SUBJECT: Questions and Answers for RFQ FA5000-17-T-0097
Q1. What should the technical acceptability narrative consist of?
A1. The technical acceptability narrative should respond to all the requirements in the Statement of Work, in particular, it should address Section (1) in the Statement of Work.
Q2: What are the details of the previous award?
A2: The previous contract for Gospel Service Musician, with contract number, FA5000-14-P- 0147, was awarded to Bernard Poplar for $21,780.00
Q3: Will there be interviews/auditions for the required position?
A3: Yes, there will be audition(s) held to determine technical acceptability, however, as stated in Part (ix)(b) of the solicitation, “The lowest priced offer will be evaluated for technical acceptability. If found technically acceptable, the award will be made without further consideration. If found technically unacceptable, the government will evaluate the next lowest offer for technical acceptability until award can be made to vendor with the lowest priced technically acceptable quote.”
