About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for RFQ FA491326Q0003 Cameras, issued by the U.S. Air Force (1 ETSG, Al Udeid Air Base) with a closing answer date of February 26. The RFQ seeks cameras and accessories only, with no installation required. The requirement includes 3 NextVision Raptor cameras, 3 DragonEye2 cameras, Trip6 tripods (P/N 2170), Trip2 tripods (P/N 2051), and 20 wire harnesses (P/N 2148). Vendors are confined to prescribed part numbers with no SKU alternatives available. The vertical mounts for Raptor (P/N 2147) and DragonEye (P/N 2123) are not required. Product details and photos are available at NextVision Systems links for the DragonEye2, Raptor, and accessory models.

Delivery is strictly required to Dover Air Force Base, Delaware, despite the issuing activity being located at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar, as this provides the U.S. Government greater flexibility for global distribution if mission requirements evolve. If awarded, EBAD LLC (headquartered in Virginia) will handle shipment using its own personnel and vehicles. This is a new requirement with no previous acquisition history or incumbent vendors. Authorized resellers and distributors are acceptable, and partial shipments are permitted if vendors provide anticipated delivery schedules. Non-U.S. entities may submit offers as prime contractors and are not limited to subcontracting roles, provided they adhere to all contract terms and conditions. No amendments or updates are anticipated prior to the offer due date.
