The contractor must contact the Air Force Project Engineer, Captain Dominic Angelo (412-616-1789), no later than three business days prior to each scheduled delivery to verify the Government's ability to receive and may reschedule deliveries by mutual agreement if needed. Prior to any concrete delivery, the contractor must submit a Concrete Mix Design in electronic PDF format itemizing and quantifying all additive materials. The contractor must also provide physical Batch Plant Tickets upon delivery with each scheduled shipment.

SPECIFICATION SHEET
Mountain Home AFB, ID K-Span B74999 Concrete
26 February 2026
1. GENERAL: The 819th RED HORSE Squadron (819 RHS) requires the following Concrete quantities in support of the troop construction of QYZH24-0001 TTP CSTR-CNS Storage Fclty, B74999, located at Mountain Home AFB (MHAFB), Idaho:
2. CONCRETE MINIMUM SPECIFICATIONS: All procured Concrete must (at a minimum) comply with the following salient characteristics:
2.1. Physical Characteristics
2.1.1. Concrete must comply with all requirements identified in Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) 3-301-01 Structural Engineering, including Design of Concrete Floor Slabs-on- Ground for DoD Facilities.
2.1.2. All concrete will have a minimum compressive strength of 4,000 psi.
2.1.3. Upon delivery of all concrete, the Contractor will perform a slump test evaluated by the Air Force’s Project Engineer (or designee). All slump will be between 3-4 inches and performed in accordance with ASTM C143 (and all other applicable construction code).
3. DELIVERY AND QUANTITY: The Contractor will deliver a total of 236 cubic yards (CY) to 366 Gunfighter Ave, Mountain Home AFB ID, 83648 (Address is subject to change). Deliveries are scheduled based on need during the project and are denoted below. The below schedule will be considered a proposal; the Contractor is required to provide the Government with a written schedule that is mutually agreeable upon award of this contract.
3.1. Proposed Delivery Schedule:
3.1.1. 07 May 2026: 41 CY
3.1.2. 14 May 2026: 24 CY
3.1.3. 26 June 2026: 12 CY
3.1.4. 08 August 2026: 10 CY
3.1.5. 14 August 2026: 136 CY
3.1.6. 22 August 2026: 13 CY
3.2. The Contractor is required to contact the Air Force’s Project Engineer (or designee) no later than 3-business days prior to scheduled delivery to verify the Government’s ability to receive.
3.2.1. Air Force Project Engineer: Capt Dominic Angelo (412-616-1789).
3.2.2. Should the Government require the delivery (or deliveries) to be rescheduled, the Government and the Contractor will identify a new date that is mutually agreeable to both parties upon notice of inability to receive.

4. OTHER DELIVERABLES: The Contractor is required to provide the Government with the following deliverables.
4.1. Concrete Mix Design: The Contractor is required to provide their Mix Design to the Government, to include (but not limited to) itemizing and quantifying all addative material.
The Contractor will provide this in electronic PDF format. The Contractor will provide this to the Government prior to any deliveries.
4.2. Batch Plant Tickets: The Contractor will provide the Government with physical Batch Plant Tickets upon delivery of concrete. This deliverable will coincide with all scheduled deliveries.
