1GeneralFor vehicles that are assigned to Al Asad, Erbil and Jordan that are used on base, are they allowed to obtain fuel thru the local LRS and if yes, is there a cost?Vehicles assigned to Al Asad, Erbil, and Jordan will be authorized/allowed to obtain fuel thru the local LRS Base Fuels. An amendment is forthcoming to revise the PWS to add Section A, Par. 6.1.9, to reflect fuel authorizations. Additionally, the amendment will revise Table 8.1. to include Fuel.

Fuel will be authorized on SPOT LOAs. Contractor shall coordinate with local LRS Base Fuels to be added to fuels account. There is no contractor costs for fuel when authorized on the SPOT LOA and obtained through local LRS Base Fuels.

2PWSAppendix GCan the government that Airfield Operations vehicles assigned to the installation will be able to get fuel at no charge?Yes, fuel will be authorized on SPOT LOAs. Contractor shall coordinate with local LRS Base Fuels to be added to fuels account. There is no contractor costs for fuel when authorized on the SPOT LOA and obtained through local LRS Base Fuels.
3PWSAppendix G2 Al AsadSince the government has removed this from the PWS at Al Asad, can contractor personnel use the medical facilities for other than emergencies?Contractor personnel at Al Asad shall be provided Routine Medical Care on a space-available basis. An amendment is forthcoming to revise the PWS to include Section A, Par 6.1.2.1. Additionally the amendment will revise Table 8.1., Appendix G-2, and Appendix G-17, to reflect Routine Medical Care.

Al Asad Routine Medical Care will be authorized on SPOT LOA's.

4 PWS PWS pg. 102, Table G-5 "Table G-5 Ali Al Salem Air Base (ASAB), Kuwait" lists (Optional) Airfield Management scope; however, there is no Optional CLIN in the pricing matrix for Kuwait.

1) Does the Government want offerors to propose staffing for the (optional) Airfield Management scope of work in Kuwait?

2) If so, what CLIN should be used to price this optional work?

1) No. These services were identified for informational purposes only. In the event the Government decides to activate these services in the future, the Government will request a proposal from the contractor.

2) Services do not need to be priced at this time.

5 PWS PWS pg. 101, Table G-4 "Table G-4 for MSAB, Jordan" lists ATC RAPCON (Optional). There is an Optional Det 9 CLIN at this location; however, “Table G-16 Det 9, Jordan” does not list the ATC RAPCON scope of work requirement.

1) Does the Government want offerors to propose staffing for the (Optional) ATC RAPCON scope of work in Jordan?

2) If so, what CLIN should be used to bid on this optional work since CLIN x006 is for Jordan Core Labor and CLIN x051 is for (optional) Det 9? 1) No. These services were identified for informational purposes only. In the event the Government decides to activate these services in the future, the Government will request a proposal from the contractor.

2) Services do not need to be priced at this time.

6 Section L Section L.6.3.2.2, L.7.2.5.2, and L.7.2.5.3, pg. 7-8 L.6.3.2.2, L.7.2.5.2, and L.7.2.5.3 have all been amended to allow reference from the technical to a separate Excel file. The language in Section L states that the Excel file may be embedded or linked. Is it also acceptable to provide the Excel file as an Attachment rather than embedding/linking? Yes, offerors may include Excel files as an attachment.
