PTR Industry Day Open Forum Questions

1. Who is the current contractor for PTR?

Answer: TechFlow Inc.

2. Are there specific requests from your customers (ACC and AETC units) that you weren’t able to satisfy because the existing contract didn’t allow? If so, what were some of the bigger, most requested “asks” and will the new contract address them?

Answer: There were no requests from ACC or AETC that were not able to be fulfilled.

3. The Sources Sought references a “PTR Web Page” that we have been unable to locate—request the

URL.

Answer: The current PTR web page is for business between the Government and the contractor and we will be unable to provide access to the web page. Please see SOW para 1.7.1 for web page requirements.

4. SOW 3.1.5.2 Holloman: “Use of Centennial Range for Class A operations will normally be scheduled…will not exceed twenty-five (45) days per calendar year.” Please clarify 25 or 45?

Answer: 45 is the correct number of days.

5. Will the Government consider allowing 5 years for Past Performance citations versus 3 years?

Answer: The Government will consider allowing additional years for Past Performance prior to release of the RFP. The Contracting Officer and Program Manager will weigh the benefits of increasing the number of Past Performance Information sources against being more currently associated with the work.
