STATEMENT OF WORK
August 23, 2024
Upgrade EMCS Server and equipment to N4, Bldg 343 Luke AFB, Az 85309
1.0. SCOPE: The work covered by these specifications consists of furnishing all labor, transportation, equipment, tools, material, permits, application taxes, and performing all operations necessary to complete the job.
1.1. NOTE:
1.1.1. All work will be accomplished by licensed/ experienced/qualified Tridium
Niagara technicians.
1.1.2. Quote shall be good for 90 days upon receival.
1.1.3. Cut sheets of material provided by contractor shall be provided.
1.1.4. All usernames and passwords shall be provided from all equipment to the IT &
EMCS departments prior to project closeout.
1.1.5. 3-year service maintenance agreements as minimum.
2.0 LOCATION: Building 343, IT Dept.
3.0 WORKING HOURS: All work will be performed during normal work hours of regular workdays, Monday through Friday 0700-1630hrs, unless prior coordination has been made with CE. Contractors will notify EMCS, IT department, and building manager of any equipment downtime.
4.0 SITE VISIT: Contractors are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed to satisfy them regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance to the extent the information is reasonably attainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for claim after contract award.
5.0 Demo and Disposal: All existing equipment that is the property of the Department of the Air Force is to remain.
6.0 EXTENT OF WORK: Contractor shall perform the work described in paragraphs 6.1 through 6.8, unless otherwise specified.
6.1 Contractor shall perform the following service labor and material to upgrade the following equipment to N4 and complete the following objectives at a minimum:
6.2 1 (ONE) Server:
6.2.1 Provide, Install and setup of new server equipment, software, and all applicable licenses needed for fully functional operation. Approved server hardware:
Dell PowerEdge R660, OEM Part# 210-BEQQ Slide Rails for Dell PowerEdge R720, OEM Part# 122-2580
6.2.2 Provide, Install and setup of new Niagara 4.13 Supervisor on new server equipment for up to 150 JACEs.
6.2.3 Provide, Install and setup of all new necessary programs not specified that may be needed for a full turn-key operational product.
6.2.4 Migration of existing N4 database from old server to new server. (Old 3.8 and N4 to remain fully operational on old server.)
6.2.5 Verification of successful transfer of existing N4 database to new equipment and confirmation of a fully functional turnkey operation of N4 on the new server to be determined by points of contacts listed in paragraph 7.
6.3 7 (SEVEN) WORKSTATIONS:
6.3.1 Provide, Install and setup of new workstation equipment, software, and all applicable licenses needed for fully functional operation. Approved workstation hardware:

6.3.2 Provide, Install and setup of new Niagara 4.13 on new workstation equipment.
6.3.3 All necessary programs not specified that may be needed for a full turn-key operational product.
6.4 2 (TWO) LAPTOPS:
6.4.1 Provide, Install and setup of new laptop equipment, software, and all applicable licenses needed for fully functional operation. Approved laptop hardware:
Dell Latitude 7330 Rugged Extreme, OEM Part# 210-BCFT
6.4.2 Provide, Install and setup of new Niagara 4.13 on new laptop equipment.
6.4.3 All necessary programs not specified that may be needed for a full turn-key operational product.
6.5 OPTION A. 3.8 Virtual move (To be quoted separately if accepted). If OPTION A is not recommended to attempt, then state “Declined” on proposal under OPTION A.
6.5.1 Create virtual drive on new server to transfer a copy of the existing 3.8 from the old server to the virtual drive on the new server. (Existing 3.8 to remain fully operational on existing server.)
6.5.2 Check operation of functioning 3.8 is functioning on new server without need for
HOST ID.
6.6 ELECTRICAL WIRING: Wiring will meet National Electrical Codes, and Standard.
Contractor shall also comply with all state and federal building codes. Wiring will be concealed at and enclosed in proper conduit when applicable.
6.7 CLEANING: Clean up debris, refuse and surplus material from premises upon completion of work and leave work location in clean condition.
6.8 OPERATIONAL TEST: Upon completion of work, contractor will provide start up and perform operational test of all new equipment, and devices. All work must follow all safety guidelines. All manuals will be turned over to CES EMCS & IT departments.

8.0 PERFORMANCE CRITERIA
8.1 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE:
Work under this contract shall be completed within 120 calendar days after receipt, by the Contractor, of Written Notice to Proceed.
