Questions and Answers

Question: Can you give us any information on the types of utilities we should expect to locate? Could you tell us if these are independent utility owners or if they are all under the Dept. of Defense on the AFB?

Answer: The utilities that would be encountered include, water, sewer, electrical, natural gas and communications/IT utilities. Most of the utilities are owned by the base, however some belong to COX in the area. We can provide rough linear footages of utilities in the area, but the goal is for the vendor to verify the number of utilities.
