Q1: I know you are looking for 100 storage containers 40x8x8, but there are also 40x8x8.5 and

8.6. Would these be acceptable or must it be 8’ exactly?

A: Yes, any mixture of containers meeting the required measurement in the contract (high cube and regular) will be considered acceptable.

Q2: How much room is there with the 120 day delivery? Can that be extended if necessary?

A: The period of performance is 120 calendar days ARO. Extensions will be only be provided for excusable delays.

Q3: Do both sets of containers (80 and 20) need to be offloaded at the same time. Or can I offload the 80 first and then move on to the next site to offload the last 20?

A: Yes, the containers can be off-loaded separately (with the 80 first).

Q4: Can I be paid in advance, or can I get some kind of deposit? Or will payment only be issued after work is complete?

A: No, payment will only be issued after work is complete.

Q5: How much time (days) do I have to offload all of these containers?

A: 120 Calendar Days ARO.
