Questions and Answers (Answers provided by customer)
Q: We just ran across a discrepancy with the camera count that I'm not sure if you're aware of.
After section 1.2.5 is the first set of parking lot camera descriptions that states how many cameras go in each parking lot. At the bottom of the performance work statement is another map of the parking lots, and a statement of how many cameras go on which poles. This is where the number of cameras goes askew. There is a discrepancy of 13 cameras, 77 in the parking lot section and 64 in the bottom section. We think the lower section must be more accurate, the math in the parking lot statements doesn't always add up. Can you confirm which section contains the right count?
A: It is 77 cameras as the map shows not the word document at the end example shows.
Parking lot 1 is 10 cameras Parking lot 2 is 12 cameras (not just 8) Parking lot 3 is 16 Parking lot 3B is 6 (not just 4) Parking lot 4 is 12 (not just 8) Parking lot 5 is 9 (not just 8) Parking lot 6 is 12 (not just 8)
We would like for the vendors to potentially come up with a design that would work better as they are the subject matter experts. We are estimating the number of cameras needed.
