SECURITY CAMERA SYSTEM

QUESTION 1: The current system (based on the pictures) has 7 cameras. The project is also described as 8 to 10 cameras. Please confirm the quantity of cameras requested.

ANSWER: Customer recounted, and 10 cameras are needed.

QUESTION 2: Please confirm that the new cameras are replacing the existing cameras and can re-use the mounts (where possible) and cabling.

ANSWER: New cameras are replacing existing cameras

QUESTION 3: Please describe the nature the failure of the existing system (e.g., is the recorder failed? Are the cameras failed? Is the cabling still working?)

ANSWER: This information will not be disclosed as it is not required to submit a quote

QUESTION 4: The existing (and therefore new) cameras are described as inside vice outside mounting. The pictured camera is mounted on a pole. This is normally an outside, not inside mounting technique. Please confirm that all of the cameras being replaced are inside and pole mounted.

ANSWER: The location of all cameras are inside the building

Customer have poles installed inside the building because it is a warehouse, and this set up best suits the configuration of our building

QUESTION 5: The specifications do not describe any monitor, keyboard, or mouse. Please confirm that these are not required.

ANSWER: Customer does not require monitor, mouse or keyboard

Customer does require USB ports for a mouse and keyboard

QUESTION 6: Due to the security nature of the camera system, please clarify if the recorder needs to be in a lockable, ventilated enclosure.

ANSWER: The unit will not be stored in a lockable enclosure. It will be located in an environmentally controlled building
