Vendor Questions & Answers

Q1. #2 Charcoal normally comes in 54x72 size buns. 24x98 is a special order length that might take longer. Would you want me to bid both just in case time is tight?

A1. Providing quotes for both products is acceptable. Please include lead time for each.

Q2. We still need the Type, Grade and Class associated with these products in order to provide you with the best match and value. Could you provide this information?

A2. White Foam: Grade A (White), Type I (Standard), Class 1 (Rigid) Gray Foam: Grade C (Charcoal), Type I (Standard), Class 2 (Flexible)

Q3. Could you verify that the destination is Tucson, Arizona 85707?

A3. Yes, destination location is listed in Attachment 1 – Pricing Schedule
