Question 1: What is the start date and deadline to completely haul all 12,790 tons to cannon AFB?

Answer 1: To clarify, this will be delivered to the Melrose Air Force Range (MAFR) not to Cannon AFB. The start date will be from date of award, which will be no later than 30 Sept 2025. There is no current deadline, however, we want it as soon as reasonably possible.
