QUESTION:

On page #2 of the Attachment 6 "Instruction to Offerors (SAPR) document”, there are no instructions regarding the submission of a redacted copy of the proposal. Specifically, we need clarification on whether we should attach the required documents as redacted copies along with the redacted proposal volumes.

See Attachment “Instruction to Offerors (SAPR)” document, para I. see sentence which states: “Submit one (1) original electronic copy and one (1) redacted copy.”

QUESTION.:

We would like to confirm the correct format for submitting these documents. Are we supposed to attach the required redacted documents with the redacted proposal volumes in a zipped folder, and the original proposal volumes along with the original required documents separately in another zipped folder?

Sentence 1 Answer.

See Attachment “Instruction to Offerors (SAPR)” document. Refer to para I. sentences which states: “All proposal information shall be submitted in either MS Work or PDF format except for the Price Breakdown (Attachment 3). Pricing information shall be submitted in MS Excel format (Price Breakdown, Attachment 3). Each part shall be submitted as a separately labeled electronic file.”

Sentence 2 Answer.

Submission of proposals is to be directed to the emails provided on the solicitation (refer to para G.) Zipped folder are valid, as necessary. If file exceeds the capacity for email attachment, attachment can be broken down and sent through by parts with multiple emails respectively. Notify ahead of time if using this alternate action.
