About this file
This document contains questions and answers regarding a solicitation for off-base furniture for military housing. The solicitation seeks furniture items listed in an attachment to furnish apartments. Manufactured goods from China or Turkey would need to comply with Buy American statutes and trade agreements. The contractor would be responsible for offloading deliveries at a government warehouse but not assembly or installation of furniture. Tax exemption certificates can be provided. Offerors may include shipping and other costs to perform the requirements.
