1) Would it be possible to arrange a site visit after the posted site visit?

Gov’t Response: No, the site visit was already scheduled and occurred.

2) Would open cut be considered as an alternate to the CIPP?

Gov’t Response: Product substitution is not anticipated for this project; follow design and specifications regarding CIPP.

3) Can more than one MH be worked on at a time; if so ~how many?

Gov't Response: This is dependent on the contractor ability, means and methods. If outages are required it shall be coordinated through Cannon AFB.

8) On the dwg. it calls out from MH 91 to MH 105 8" VCP and from MH 114 to 115. Is this to mean that you want new pipe from MH 91 to MH 105 and new pipe from MH 114 to 115?

Gov't Response: No, it is point repair; replace the part of the pipe that is damaged unless the CCTV shows otherwise.

9) Sheet 00C103 pg. 5 of 7 Bldg. 726 to MH 113 Excavate and replace

Note 4 States to only remove that segment. Is the segment to be 5'
