Q: We would like to know if this is a brand new contract OR if there is (was) an incumbent performing these services. If not brand new, could you please provide the current / previous contract number?
A: This is not a brand-new requirement. The incumbent is Bell South Telecommunications, Inc. The current contract number is FA877319PA012.

Information” but they are not attached on Sam.gov. Are those two attachments needed for the RFQ? If so, may you please put out an addendum and upload those two attachments to sam.gov please?
A: I apologize for the missing documents. The attachments were added on SAM.GOV on Tuesday, 14 April 2025.
Q: Considering we didn’t receive the past performance documents until 14 April 2025, may you please grant us a two week extension so we can properly provide the information in the past performance attachments?
A: Unfortunately, we are unable to grant a two week extension due to the urgent need to have the contract in place as soon as possible.
