A: Linen pickup/delivery will occur at Building 319, 3112 Coney St, Moody AFB, GA 31699. In accordance with section 1.1.6. of the Performance Work Statement, scheduled time for pickup/delivery will be set by the Linen Exchange Supervisor (i.e. Tuesday/Thursday

0900L – 1200L (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM)).

2. Q: Who currently holds the contract?

A: There is no current contract for APF Linen Services, however details of the previous contract awardee are as follows:

Contract Number: FA483022C0015 Emerging Consultant Solutions, LLC 235 Peachtree St Ne Ste 417 Atlanta, GA 30303-1401

3. Q: What is the value of the current contract?

A: There is no current contract for APF Linen Services, and the number of items to be cleaned and estimated annual quantities for those items is significantly less than that of the prior contract. With that said, the total award amount of the prior contract is $405,527.48.

4. Q: What exactly will we be looking at during the site visit? Is it mandatory, and would not attending affect my chances of being considered for the award?

A: The site visit consisted of visiting the facility where linen pickup/delivery will occur as stated in question 1, and the items that were provided at the site visit were items that are not standard to commercial cleaning to include JLIST Trousers, JLIST Coats, Legacy 3 Piece Sleeping Bags, Modern 4 Piece Sleeping Bags, A-3 Mobility Bags, Dog Training Gear Pants and Vest, and Glove Inserts. Bedspreads, Flat Sheets, Fitted Sheets, Pillow Cases, Tablecloths, and Table Runners were not provided at the site visit as they are considered to be standard commercially cleaned items. The site visit is not mandatory and not attending the site visit does not exclude a contractor from being considered for award.

5. Q: Was the Wage Determination (IAW FAR 52.222-41) that was set forth for this contract in place for the previous contract award? Knowing this will help us navigate the potential differences in previous award amounts.

A: Yes, the prior contract included a wage determination as well.
