Questions and Answers
1. What does the site look like? Can you provide pictures? Flat, sloped, asphalt, dirt, brush, trees?
Answer: See Photo’s below. Google Earth can also be used to review the site.
2. Does the site need gravel added as a base?
Answer: No
3. Are the containers to be tied into sewer or into a septic tank?
Answer: Units should be connected to a single sewer line beneath the units.
The government will connect sewage to the single connection point.
4. If its sewer how far away is the connection from the container?
Answer: The government will connect sewage to the single connection point.
5. How far away from the site is the electrical connection?
Answer: Units should be connected to a single power panel at the units. The government will connect the power to the single connection point.
6. Can you please clarify what the contractor is expected to provide for entry ramps, steps, and landing?
Answer: The contractor will be responsible for providing minimal steps to gain entry into the unit. This will be what they normally would install for commercial customers.
7. What is the delivery date for the units?
Answer: The anticipated delivery date is on or around the end of May 2020.

8. The proposed floor plan in the SOO shows the unit will be 18X96’. Is the government willing to accept a size other than 18X96?
Answer: Yes, a different layout will be accepted. The 18X96 unit was the assembly of “8” 12X18 units. If the contractor can assemble other combinations to meet the Statement of Objectives and fit the site the government is willing to adjust. The contractor should submit the proposed unit floorplan for approval.
