Questions and Answers Part II FA481925QA003 – Shower Trailer Rentals Tyndall AFB, FL 32403

1. On the SAM page and in the solicitation the due date for the proposals reads November 4th, but on the SOW the delivery date for the trailers states November 2nd. Was there a mistake with the delivery date for the solicitations? When is the exact date the trailers should be delivered?

ANSWER: Offers in response the subject matter RFQ are due NLT 4 Nov at 1200 CST as indicated in the SAM.gov notice. However, there is a mistake in the delivery date referenced in the SOW. The actual delivery date required is 7 Nov.

2. When is the first delivery date? Can you confirm the period from November 7th to November 22nd?

ANSWER: The delivery suspense for the first training course is 7 Nov, needed through 17 November. There was a typographical error in the SOW.

3. Regarding the payment terms for the form, will it be net 30 or net 15? Additionally, will payment be made upon completion of the order in February, or will it be split into three payments after each delivery?

ANSWER: Payment terms are Net 30 and in accordance with FAR clauses 52.212-4 and 52.232-33 as well as DFARS clauses 252.232-7003 and 252.232-7006. Due to multiple training course timeframes, payment may be made at the conclusion of each of the three course dates, prorated accordingly.

4. Can one (16) head shower be used instead of two (8) heads? It is divided into 8 Men & 8 Women and has individual stalls?

ANSWER: Ultimately, a 16 head shower with individual stalls will meet the need.
