Question:
- The RFQ states the solicitation closes Monday, 16 August 2019. Since the 16th is not a Monday, will this requirement close on Friday the 16th or Monday the 19th?

- The solicitation will close on Friday, 16 August 2019.

- Does the contractor have to have a GSA contract to bid?
Answer:
- No. Contractors are not required to have a GSA contract in order to bid.

- Is a resume required?
Answer:
- An official resume is not required. The Government requests only a sample resume.

- Is this a new requirement or a follow on requirement?

- This is a follow on requirement.

Answer:
- The Wage Determination for this requirement is 2015-4571 Rev 9 dated 16 Jul 19. The Government is not authorized to specify a particular Labor Category for requirements. It is on the contractor to review the Performance Work Statement and submit a candidate according to the specified daily/monthly requirements.

- This is a Performance Based Service Acquisition. The contractor is required to perform all items in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) during the specified duty hours except up to 1 hour each duty day as a break, approved federal holidays, up to 80 hours of vacation time per year and up to 56 hours of sick leave per year.

- Section 2.2.1.9 of PWS: Contractor will be available for duties….0800-1600, Monday- Wednesday & Friday; 1100-1600 for a total of no more than 30 hours per week. Please confirm that the personnel will not be considered full time and will only be working 30 hours a week.
