STATEMENT OF WORK

Joint Special Operation University (JSOU) Commercial Internet Access 1.0 Introduction.
The objective of this statement of work is to provide support services in sustaining U. S Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Joint Special Operations University (JSOU) commercial internet access and basic television service. The purpose of the commercial internet access is to achieve the JSOU mission for students, faculty and staff requiring unfettered access to research sites allowing uninterrupted access the internet.
1.1 Scope of Work.
This task will provide Dedicated Internet Access which provides the dedicated connectivity to the internet with the flexibility and scalability to adjust to the changing needs of your organization reserving the right for JSOU Information Technology to determine scalability/sizing (upward/downward bandwidth) of the service delivery circuit.
The scope of work to be accomplished through this effort is divided into these distinct functions (all but not limited to below). The contractor will provide:
1) Dedicated Internet access (500Mbps)
2) 24/7/365 Network Monitoring and provide data at the customers request
3) Real-time scalability at customers request
4) Reports of uptime/downtime on Service Outage and or Time-to-Restore at customers request
a. Service Outage – Out of Condition
b. Time to restore < 2 hours (no dispatch)
c. Time to restore < 4 hours (dispatch required)
5) The contractor is responsible for meeting customer responsibilities to include delivering the service, maintaining the service at specified acceptable quality levels to meet the performance objective.
6) The customer provides Agency-Specific Monthly Compliance Report and other self-assessments to verify compliance
7) Credits and Adjustments: If the contractor fails to meet a performance objective, the Agency is entitled to request and receive the specified credit -- unless the failure was caused by the Government. The contractor will work with the Government to resolve requests.
