About this file
This document is a Standard Form 30 Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract for a federal procurement opportunity. The amendment (Number 0002) extends the solicitation response due date from 14 January 2026 to 16 January 2026 and adds two key addendums: Instructions to Offerors for Commercial Products and Commercial Services (FAR 52.212-1) and Evaluation Factors for Award (FAR 52.212-2).
The solicitation will use a Best Value evaluation approach, considering Price, Delivery Terms, Technical Acceptability, and Past Performance. Vendors must submit comprehensive quotes including unit pricing, CAGE code, point of contact information, manufacturer documentation, estimated delivery time, payment terms, and warranty details. All offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), and the government will not provide contract financing. The contracting activity is the 4th Cons Sqdn CC, located at Wright Brothers Ave, with Hunter Bailey listed as the Contracting Officer.
