The Q&A clarifies key specifications for a potential aircraft dolly procurement, specifically addressing three main points: (1) the minimum weight capacity requirement is 15 tons to accommodate munitions and fuel, (2) the dolly is intended specifically for the F-15E aircraft (not the KC-46), and (3) confirming the dolly's exclusive use for the F-15E. The responses consistently direct interested parties to review updated salient characteristics for additional details, indicating that there have been recent modifications to the original specifications.
