About this file
This document is an Amendment (SF 30) to a federal solicitation for an Air Handler (AHU) procurement. The amendment modifies the original solicitation FA480925Q00050, extending the quote response deadline from 21 May 2025 to 27 May 2025 and updating the response time from 4:30 PM to 12:00 PM. The procurement is specifically for a TRANE Performance Climate Changer (CSAA), Model Number CSAA004UA, to be installed in Building 3650.
The solicitation is a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) set-aside, issued by the Department of the Air Force Air Combat Command at Seymour Johnson AFB, North Carolina. The amendment includes updates to contract administration data, specifically modifying the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) payment instructions and incorporating various Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses. The evaluation will be based on best value, considering factors such as price, delivery terms, technical acceptability, and past performance, with the government reserving the right to award to the lowest total evaluated price that meets technical requirements.
