1. Question: Who is the current contractor?
Answer: CE McKenzie and Associates, LLC
2. Question: What is the current annual contract amount?
Answer: Contract FA4809-15-C-R002 awarded in the amount of $139,214.07 for three (3) years.
3. Question: Is the price per square foot for painting all-inclusive of drywall repair and or replacement?
Answer: Historically only minor repairs and patching, YES
4. Question: Is carpet replacement part of this RFP?
Answer: No
5. Question: Will there be space to store equipment on base? Or can we leave a trailer on base?
Answer: No. Yes.

Question: Reference: RFP, Page 7, INSTRUCTIONS FOR PREPARATION OF PROPOSALS, paragraph 1.a), the statement “This includes, but not limited to a staffing plan, proposed method of painting/cleaning and schedule as found necessary to indicate the vendor’s ability to satisfy the requirements of the PWS.”

7. Question: Does the Government require a NC general contractor’s license?
Answer: No.
8. Question: Can you provide a specific licenses/insurance required?
Answer: No licenses are required. FAR Part 28.3 lists required insurance coverage when working on a government installation. (farsite.hill.af.mil)
