Government response: N/A

5. It states in the solicitation that the Vendor will confirm total number of meals needed and menu 5-7 days prior to the start of the UTA weekend. I just wanted to clarify, does that mean that you guys will be deciding the menu every weekend?

Government response: We want to be able to let the Vendor know how many meals we will be needing for that UTA weekend.

6. How do you prefer your proposal be submitted?

Government response: Proposal are to be submitted electronically in accordance with solicitation instructions. Follow the format outlined in the solicitation and adhere to the submission of the solicitation to ensure proposal is considered.
