1. SOW Section 1.3, are we to provide analytic cameras or just cameras that are on the AEL that can be used for immediate visual assessment?

Cameras have to be off the AEL

2. SOW Section 1.5, it states we are required to handle a software upgrade to the existing Vindicator CCDE. How many panels are presently connected to this IDS headend? N/A

Do you have a one-line diagram showing the existing Vindicator system topology? No What is its current Version Release? Nothing can be tied into the current IDS/ACS for the SCIF, the current version is 3.2 release 23 date of 19 August 2015.

3. Can the site provide a more detailed drawing that shows the fenceline distances?

See Attached PDF file titled “IDS Site Picture”

4. Does the site have a detailed drawing for the desired camera pole and FDB locations?

5. Please identify the location of the existing power distribution panel on the exterior of the Operations Building.

6. Where are the desired locations for the 7 in-ground handholes? Are these for both the electrical and comms around the fenceline or just for the comm portion? Since Electrical and Communication cannot be in the same handhold then you will need 7 for electrical and 7 for communication. Comm already have handholes installed around the facility but we cannot release quantity and location of them.

7. Are we only providing the network switch, no programming required? Please identify desired make/model.

Programming should be accomplished according to guidance from the Government. The desired switch should be a CISCO 9300, data sheet attached.

8. Are they planning to view any of the cameras from the MQ9 facility or only from

BDOC?

According to a previous quote it was from both facilities

9. Are they planning on monitoring any of the alarms at the MQ9 facility or only from

BDOC?

MQ-9 will need a site commander and will be monitored at the BDOC as well.

10. Are there any existing conduits going from inside the MQ9 facility to the

Turnstile/Pedestrian Gate location? Please specify if Comm or Power Yes, there is existing conduits for both utilities. It may not be any room.

11. Are the any existing conduits leading from the MQ9 facility to anywhere around the perimeter fenceline? Please specify if Comm or Power and its location

Yes, there is existing conduits for both utilities. It may not be any room.

12. Is there any ACS or IDS located inside the MQ9 facility?

There is IDS and ACS for the SCIF. Again, fence line IDS cannot be tied into the SCIFS

13. For the VBM, how far are we needing to extend its display monitors, keyboard, etc.?

Does this need to be in conduit?

100 Feet and it is required to be in conduit

14. Are Scaled Drawings available?

See Attached document. Not to scale but rough estimate.

15. Are Ceilings Suspended? Or Hard Lid?

The ceilings are suspended

16. Are there existing Cable Trays for wiring above ceilings?

All cable trays with the exception of the server room are below the floor. Infrastructure that stays within the server room is above the racks but below the ceiling.

17. Can Existing Wiring be utilized?

No

18. Is a “UPS” required? If so, What Time/Power Duration is required?

Yes, with a minimum of 4 hours when primary power is lost.

19. Are “Or Equal” Equipment substitutions allowed?

Follow AEL

20. Is “Plenum Wire” acceptable?

As long as you are following all standards and regulations stated within the SOW

21. Is “After Hours Access” for said work, available to contractor at no add’l cost to the Gov’t?

No, there is no after hour access

22. What is the height of Exterior Cameras? (If any) 15 feet

23. Please provide a list of equipment to be installed.
