Instructions to submit quotes are provided in the addendum to 52.212-1 within the Solicitation FA480124Q0011 (on Page 24). Nonresponsive quotes will not be evaluated or considered.

Questions and Answers:
Q1: Is this a new requirement or a follow on?
A1: This is a new requirement, not a follow-on.
Q2: Is there a preferred floor plan for this project?
A2: There is no preferred floorplan, but it must comfortably accommodate 35 workstations as well as one male and one female latrine.
Q3: How far are the connections from the building?
A3: The connections are within 25-50 feet of where the trailer will be placed. See Site Plan.
Q4: When do you want the building up and running?
A4: 1 October 2024
Q5: What size and or floor plan are you looking for?
A5: There is no preferred size and floor plan but must comfortably accommodate 35 workstations as well as one male and one female latrine.
Q6: Please confirm the available capacity and phasing of the existing electrical on-site.
A6: 3 Phase, as far as available capacity we do not have the expertise to say, contractor will have to evaluate onsite. See Data Plate.
Q7: Please confirm the size of the existing water and sewer lines that the modular building is to be connected to.
A7: Water line has a 4” connection and sewer line has a 4” connection.
Q8: Will a 24x60 office trailer suffice for this project?
A8: No, we do not believe that will be enough square feet to reasonably accommodate 35 workstations to include one male and one female latrine.
Q9: Are ADA ramps and steps needed?
A9: Not required but acceptable if included.
