MINI CRANE QUESTIONS
As far as all MX to be performed in Rapid City, SD we will need to know exactly what is expected to quote this accurately. Does this mean all warranty related maintenance or all maintenance in general? There are a lot of factors that would go into this like how much the crane will be used as most of the maintenance is based on the usage of the crane. Certain maintenance falls on the operator like daily, weekly, monthly inspections, lubricating, greasing, tightening of tracks, filter replacement etc. We offer a 5-year warranty, which is 12 months parts and labor reimbursement and an additional 4-year parts only warranty. If you could please explain in more detail exactly what the unit is looking for.
Answer: we will need all coverage of annual inspections and maintenance. Also any major mechanical issues will be covered.
