NOTICE TO OFFERORS
PLEASE READ BEFORE COMPLETION OF BID SCHEDULE:
In accordance with DFARS 252.247-7008(a)(1), an offeror must bid on all items within a specified area of performance for a given schedule. Failure to do so may be cause for rejection of the bid for that area of performance of that Schedule.
This requirement consists of three (3) separate schedules, each consisting of four (4) individual areas. In order to be considered for award, an offeror must bid on all items for a particular area. Please insert your unit pricing for each item within your preferred area(s) of performance for the base and each of four option years. The spreadsheet is functioned to calculate the totals upon your insertion of unit prices.
Please also ensure to insert your Guaranteed Daily Capability in NCWT (net hundred-weight), as seen at the top of each spreadsheet in column “D.” This must be inserted for each area and each schedule for which you intend to be considered for award.
