REQUEST FOR INFORMATION #1
MXG FAMILY RETREAT
1) Should the tables and chairs be removed after the children eat to provide play space?
No, tables and chairs should not be moved. The childcare workers like having the tables and chairs to use for activities.
2) What do you consider a short commute to Lake Tahoe?
10-15 Minutes max.
3) Do we need to arrange additional 6 rooms and meals for each childcare worker or are they already included in the 66 adults?
The childcare workers will have other accommodations.
4) How and when are we going to receive the list of the people who are going to attend this event?
One of my staff will be emailing the completed attendee list to the awarded contractor around two weeks before the event, with the understanding that the list may flex because of last minute substitutions in the event someone has to drop out and be replaced by another couple.
5) Do you need all the rooms on the same floor?
No, the lodging rooms do not need to be on the same floor.
