MEMORANDUM FOR 9 CONS
FROM: 9 CES/CEOER
SUBJECT: Statement of Need for running trail lights from Golf Course to Rylen Park
A. General Scope. The contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, tools, equipment, materials, operations and incidentals as required to replace existing three hundred (300) running trail light tops and batteries, current lighting is 6”x33” embedded Annapolis Bollard Solar Lighting from Landscapeforms All installation(s) shall be completed in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions with a start- up and turn- over of O&M manuals after installation.
B. Authorized Work. Work shall be accomplished in accordance with all contractually incorporated documents. Any work that is accomplished outside of the contractual documents, unless authorized by a contracting officer, is accomplished at the contractors own risk.
C. All work shall be accomplished between 0700-1700 Mon-Fri.
D. All contractor vehicles must enter the base via the Wheatland Gate and shall be subject to inspection. All contractor personnel must obtain base passes or be listed on the Entry Access List (EAL) throughout duration of work performance.
II. WORK ITEMS:
The contractor shall comply with all applicable Federal, State and local construction standards.
Current Air Force Occupational Safety and Health (AFOSH) standards also apply.
Contractor shall be in compliance IAW all NFPA, AFI, UFC and ETL standards for fire safety.
All waste materials will be disposed of and removed off base by Contractor. Contractor will practice good housekeeping during project.
