SUBJECT: Questions for Solicitation FA4686-14-T-0041 and the Government’s response
1. What length(s) of drop pipe assembly is desired for each well?
a. Drop Pipes are 220-240 ft depending on the well
2. Are Well Seals being used currently? If so, will the need to be replaced?
a. Well seals need to be replaced
3. Are check valves to be used in the assemblies? If so, how many and what brand?
a. Check valves are downstream from the pump as the well-head and not no need replacing
4. Is the same Pump Design being used at all three locations?
a. Yes, the same pump design will be used at all three locations
5. What are the well Casing Sizes?
a. Wells #1 and #2 are 16 inches and well #9 is 18 inches
6. Can the equipment be equal to the J-Line such as Goulds or Fairbanks Morse Pumps?
a. The equipment may be an equal product to the J-Line Pump/Motor Assemblies
