This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; this is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to place a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for this requirement.

The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date and prior to any contract award. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

Quote Submission Information

QUOTE SUBMISSION INFORMATION: E-mail is the required method for offer submission. The Contracting Specialist or Officer will send a confirmation email once your quote is received. If you do not receive a confirmation email, the Government did not receive your quote. Your offer shall include but is not limited to the following:

1. Complete (must be signed) Page 2 of RFQ (or contractor equivalent*)

2. Technical specifications for quoted products.

* The offeror is not required to use Page 2 of this RFQ; however, if you choose not to use it, all of the information on Page 2 of this RFQ must be included in your offer.

Deadline for questions pertaining to this solicitation: NLT 12 August 2025, 10:00 a.m. (CDT). Questions shall be sent to the email addresses: jaython_anthony.quichocho@us.af.mil and taylor.norris@us.af.mil.

Deadline for receipt of offers: NLT 15 August 2025, 10:00 a.m. (CDT). All quotes shall be emailed to jaython_anthony.quichocho@us.af.mil and taylor.norris@us.af.mil.

EVALUATION OF OFFERS: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the offeror responsible whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: technical acceptability (meeting Brand Name or Equal and Salient Characteristics specification), proposed delivery period, and price. Offerors must submit sufficient descriptive data to validate each item proposed meets the salient Characteristics attached. Offerors MUST have the correct set-aside under the aforementioned NAICS to be considered for the award. By signing its offer, the offeror certifies that each price stated on each CLIN includes an appropriate apportionment of all costs, direct and indirect, all state and local taxes, overhead, and profit.

(a)The Government desires delivery to be made according to the following schedule: 30 Calendar Days ADC.

If the offeror is unable to meet the desired delivery schedule, it may, without prejudicing evaluation of its offer, propose a delivery schedule below. However, the offeror’s proposed delivery schedule must not extend the delivery period beyond the time for delivery in the Government’s required delivery schedule as follows: NLT 30 September 2025.
