12.6 and 52.212-1, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; this is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for this requirement.

The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

QUOTE SUBMISSION INFORMATION: E-mail is the required method for offer submission.

The Contracting Specialist or Officer will send a confirmation email once your quote is received.

If you do not receive a confirmation email, the Government did not receive your quote. Your offer shall include but is not limited to the following:

1. Complete (must be signed) Page 2 and 3 of RFQ (or contractor equivalent*)

2. Salient Characteristics of proposed items

3. A delivery period must be stated

4. Warranty Information must be included

*Quotes must be valid through 1 October 2025*.

* The offeror is not required to use Page 2, and 3 of this RFQ; however, if you choose not to use it, all of the information on Page 2, and 3 must be included in your offer.

EVALUATION OF OFFERS: The evaluation for this acquisition will be based on best value.

Best value will be determined by evaluating the following factors: Technical acceptability, Period of Performance, and Price. Offerors must submit sufficient descriptive data to validate each item proposed meets the requirements outlined in the attached Salient characteristics.

Offeror’s Information

PAYMENT TERMS & DELIVERY:

The Government desires delivery to be made according to the following schedule: 75 calendar days ADC

If the offeror is unable to meet the desired delivery schedule, it may, without prejudicing evaluation of its offer, propose a delivery schedule below. However, the offeror’s proposed delivery schedule must not extend the delivery period beyond the time for delivery in the Government’s required delivery schedule as follows: _275 calendar days ADC.

Offeror’s Proposed Delivery Schedule: Within Days After Date of Contract (ADC)

The offeror shall compute the time available for performance beginning from the date of contract award. The term "working day" excludes weekends and U.S. Federal holidays. Note that “calendar days” is required above. The Government shall consider this offer to be FOB Destination.

Offers that propose a delivery that will not clearly fall within the required delivery period specified above will be considered nonresponsive and rejected.

BRAND NAME OR EQUAL (AUG 1999)

(a) If an item in this solicitation is identified as "brand name or equal," the purchase description reflects the characteristics and level of quality that will satisfy the Government’s needs. The salient physical, functional, or performance characteristics that "equal" products must meet are specified in the solicitation.

(b) To be considered for award, offers of "equal" products, including "equal" products of the brand name manufacturer, must-

(1) Meet the salient physical, functional, or performance characteristic specified in this solicitation;

(2) Clearly identify the item by-

(i) Brand name, if any; and

(ii) Make or model number;

(3) Include descriptive literature such as illustrations, drawings, or a clear reference to previously furnished descriptive data or information available to the Contracting Officer; and

(4) Clearly describe any modifications the offeror plans to make in a product to make it conform to the solicitation requirements. Mark any descriptive material to clearly show the modifications.

(c) The Contracting Officer will evaluate "equal" products on the basis of information furnished by the offeror or identified in the offer and reasonably available to the Contracting Officer. The Contracting Officer is not responsible for locating or obtaining any information not identified in the offer.

(d) Unless the offeror clearly indicates in its offer that the product being offered is an "equal" product, the offeror shall provide the brand name product referenced in the solicitation.
