This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; this is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for this requirement.
The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
Quote Submission Information
QUOTE SUBMISSION INFORMATION: E-mail is the required method for offer submission. The Contracting Specialist or Officer will send a confirmation email once your quote is received. If you do not receive a confirmation email, the Government did not receive your quote. Your offer shall include but is not limited to the following:
1. Complete (must be signed) Page 2-4 of RFQ
3. Product Technical Specifications
Deadline for receipt of offers: 27 May 2025, 3:00 P.M. (CST). All quotes can be emailed to cheryl.lynn.1@us.af.mil.
EVALUATION OF OFFERS: The evaluation for this acquisition will be solely based on best value. Evaluation factors considered to determine best value will be price and technical.. Offerors must submit sufficient descriptive data to validate each item proposed meets the salient characteristics in the DESCRIPTION column below.
Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.
