Statement of Work

1. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICES REQUIRED:

Deliver a self-powered mobile video production trailer for the 436th Training Squadron Instructional Production Flight. Provide a 24 foot, bumper pull, mobile video production trailer. The trailer will include two access points; one for personnel entry and one for maintenance access to rack mounted equipment. Also, the exterior should include lighting, a retractable awning along the long side and graphics (see Attachment 1). The interior will be finished with lighting, 2 roof mounted air conditioning units (15,000 BTUs minimum), and appropriate production stations as outlined in section 5. Finally, the system will include generator power and shore power capability.

2. TRAILER SYSTEM:

The trailer will be a minimum of 24 feet in length, 8 feet wide and 6 1/2 feet tall (interior height) and must not exceed 12,400lbs towing weight.. Two entrances to the trailer will be installed; one for personnel entry w/steps, and one for access to maintenance racks and tool stowage area as needed. The trailer’s axle should be rated at a minimum 7,500lb capacity and include a braking system./ All Department of Transportation (DOT) required running light systems will be installed. An awning support bracket and retractable awning will be installed. Finally, provide 4K capable input/output (I/O) system on the side of the trailer (see example in Figure 1).

3. POWER SYSTEM:

The power system should be 100 Amp rated and include a shore/generator selector. The generator to be 15 kVA gas powered with a 50 gallon fuel cell. The generator will be mounted on the trailer tongue. The 12V battery system will be recharged by the generator’s alternator. Include one interior breaker box with master breaker and individual breakers as required. Provide power distributed throughout the trailer via a conduit system to include power bars on the rack. All cabling should meet NFPA standards.

4. LIGHTING:

Provide interior overhead lighting to include lighting behind racks for maintenance. Interior workstation lighting requested but not mandatory. Provide exterior lighting on both sides of the trailer for night operations. Provide DOT standard running lighting system for driving/towing.

5. INTERIOR CONSTRUCTION:

5.1 Interior Finish: Interior walls and ceiling insulated with R-9 insulation or similar and finished with fiber-reinforced plastic panels or similar. Provide finished floor with wear resistant covering such as Endura rubber flooring or similar.

5.2 Production Area: Provide three video stations (two editing stations, and one live ingest station). Editing stations must be 4K and capable to include dual monitor or one 36 inch wide monitor (prefer one 36 inch monitor at each station). CPUs (included in equipment as detailed in Section 6) for the editing stations will be rack mounted in the maintenance rack. Include full audio capability with Marantz SR5008 7.2 Network Home Theater Receiver or similar and Klipsch HD Theater 600 Speaker System 5.1 Channel (five main and one sub-woofer) or similar. Live ingest station must be a 4K and capable live video ingest station to mirror editing station (see Figure 2 for example configuration). Provide television monitor to allow customer to preview/review video production (Sony XBR-X900E Series 49” LED 4K or similar) mounted to the monitor wall. A cellular internet connection will be provided for all production stations.

5.3 Work Area: Provide counter space with storage and wiring to server to allow laptop docking and “video card ingest” (see Figure 3).

5.4 Maintenance Area: Provide space to allow access to rack mounted equipment and tool storage. Provide cable organization capability and/or quick access wiring spools and/or integrated cable reel system. Provide ample room for a Honda Run Quiet Generator (with a latching system – to prevent movement during travel). This area should also provide storage for various maintenance tool boxes and should have a cable management system for at least 5 extension cords (100ft ea) and two SDI cable spools (500ft ea). Provide two exterior access panels to interior wiring to enable cable maintenance.

6. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR EQUIPMENT:

6.1 Production Area computers:

· Six computers with Thunderbolt 3 interface– three primary / three failover

· Two BlackMagicdesign UltraStudio 4K Extreme 3 capture and playback solution (or Comparable rack mountable system)

· Rack mount cases

· Windows 10 64-bit Operating System

· Minimum Dual 8 Core Processor

· Minimum 32GB of RAM

· Minimum AMD FirePro W8100 Graphics Card or equivalent

· Minimum 250GB SSD Hard Drive for Operating System

· Minimum 2TB 7200 RPM SATA Drive for local storage

· 10/100/1000 Ethernet NIC

· Six (two per machine, stacked) Dell 4K Monitor Model number: U3415Wb

6.2 File Server:

· Rack Mount Case

· Minimum of 10TB of space with RAID

· 10/100/1000 Ethernet NIC

6.3 Network Switch:

· 1 Cisco WS-C3850-24P-S

6.4 Wireless Capability:

· Cisco Access Points or equal

· Two AIR-CAP3702e-X-K9 (one installed in the trailer, one provided to install in production building).

· Cisco Antennas or equal

· One AIR-ANT2544V4M-R Dual-Band Omni-directional 4/4 dBi Wall Mount Omni use.

· Include four AIR-CAB-020LL-R cables to allow installation of this antenna to the above provided Access Point.

· One AIR-ANT2566P4W-R Dual-Band directional - 6dBi Patch Wall Mount use.

· Installed onto the side of the trailer and adjustable to alter the alignment and angle of installation.

· Interconnected with the associated Cisco Access Point installed in the trailer with the proper coaxial cabling.

6.5 4G LTE Router:

· Cisco 890 4G LTE Router
