MOTORCYCLE SAFETY QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

1. Question: What is the number per students before a class is cancelled and who cancels it?

Answer: There must be a total of 8 students per class before cancellation. The contractor will be responsible for cancelling the class

2. Question: Is there an option for Dyess AFB to supply a location for the range?

Answer: No, the contractor must be able to provide a place for the classes to take place. There are no sufficient areas on Dyess AFB that will work for these classes. All area will need to be certified by the State of Texas and MSF.

3. Question: How is this contract being evaluated?

Answer: All offers will be evaluated on a lowest price technically acceptable basis.

4. Question: Can any approved student request a course in 30 days?

Answer: Yes, students must go through their chain of command on Dyess AFB and receive a voucher. Once the voucher is received, they are free to attend the course.

5. Question: Does the Health and Welfare cost apply to the owner of the business?

Answer: Yes, those costs are the responsibility of the owner.
