About this file
This document is an Amendment and Questions & Answers (Q&A) for a federal contract solicitation (FA465925Q0004) for Catholic and Protestant Religious Education Coordinators at Grand Forks Air Force Base. The solicitation involves two part-time coordinator positions requiring AMS catechist certification, with candidates allowed to be enrolled in the certification program prior to contract award. Key details include that the previous contract (FA465923P0030) was awarded to Idemma LLC on 09/20/2023 and terminated for convenience on 3/1/2025. The new coordinators will be responsible for building religious education programs and schedules from scratch, and the positions are not full-time equivalents. The contracting activity is the 319th Contracting Squadron (ACC) at the Department of the Air Force, located in Grand Forks, North Dakota, with the point of contact being Contracting Officer Melissa J.
