REPLACE AIRFIELD LIGHING COMPUTERS B531

1. Airfield Lighting Control and Monitoring System (ALCMS) Refresh:

Comply with UFC 3-535-01 and all FAA requirements to include the following salient features:

New equipment must be compatible with current ADB Safegate system. All new equipment shall utilize existing ALCMS software including presets, airport layout, and touchscreen pages with modifications for new hardware. All switches installed shall be managed/meet DoD security standards.

Air Traffic Control Tower Cab Equipment o Remove existing touchscreen and replace with 19” touchscreen o Remove/replace longview video extender o Remove/replace UPS equipment

Air Traffic Control Tower Equipment o Remove/replace 19” LCD Monitor o Remove/replace industrial microbox style central processing unit with Windows o Remove/replace redundant multi-mode fiber transceivers with ST Connectors o Remove/replace UPS Equipment

Airfield Vault Equipment o Remove/replace 19” LCD Monitor o Remove/replace two (2) industrial microbox style central processing units with

Windows 11 o Remove/replace four (4) multi-mode fiber transceivers with ST Connectors o Remove/replace Printer o Remove/replace A/B Switch o Remove/replace UPS Equipment

Airfield Base Operations Equipment o Remove/replace 19” LCD Monitor o Remove/replace industrial microbox style central processing unit with Windows o Remove/replace redundant multi-mode fiber transceivers with ST Connectors o Remove/replace UPS Equipment

Perform latest security patches and Military Security Patch to meet the Security Directive on Windows 11 PC adding the latest Microsoft Security Patches to the system.

Provide 5 years of ongoing Preventative Maintenance Provide on-site commissioning of new hardware with acceptance test report All removed items become property of the contractor to be disposed of; hardrives shall be turned over to the government for destruction and disposal

2. Advanced Control Equipment (ACE) Refresh:

Remove and replace ACE units with updated ACE3 units and ensure compatibility with new ALCMS system. Comply with UFC 3-535-01 and all FAA requirements to include the following salient features:

Remove/replace thirty-two (32) ACE2 Switchgear Doors to ACE3 o Twenty-five (25) 5-step doors o Seven (7) 3-step doors

Replace ACE Input/Output Cards with required ACE3 Input/Output Cards Provide on-site commissioning of new hardware with acceptance test report All removed items become property of the contractor to be disposed of.

3. Perform Preventative Maintenance on ALCMS and ACE Units

Perform annual PM to include basic PM on years 1,3, and 5; and advanced PM on year 2 and 4

Basic PM to include ALCMS enclosure inspections and cleaning; software diagnostics;

UPS evaluation and testing; hardware testing and diagnostics; touchscreen inspection, cleaning, and calibration; printer testing and maintenance; full L-829 testing including primary power/remote-local testing; insulation resisting diagnostics and testing; database evaluation, repair, and cleanup; Advanced Control Equipment (ACE3) diagnostics and testing; network hubs and switch inspection and diagnostics; spare parts inventory and recommendation.

Advanced PM to include above as well as constant current regulator (CCR) output tuning; CCR capacitor testing; calibration of circuit lamps out; predictive analysis of the ALCMS system and components; infrared picture of CCR hotspots; all software brought up to most current version; CCR SCR waveform recording and analysis; ACE3 firmware updates; ALCMS software version updates; record CCR output current, voltage, VA and IRMS readings; torque SGRS bolts

Option 1. Precision Approach Path Indicator (PAPI) Replacement

Comply with UFC 3-535-01 and all FAA requirements to include the following salient features:

Provide two (2) PAPI systems o New PAPI system shall be L880 Style B LED system with four (4) light housing units, 3 Legs, 6.6A, with baffling
