Q1. Are you in need of a digital wall or a setup of interconnected LED monitors? It's essential for us to understand whether you prefer a seamless, bezel-less display or if a framed monitor configuration is acceptable.
Answer: The Preference is Seamless or Bezel-less display. Ultra narrow would also be accepted.
Q2. Can you give more details on the High-Definition LED displays ? Such as Contrast ratio, Refresh rate, etc
Answer: contract ratio of 1000:1, refresh rate 60hz, 1080p resolution, aspect ratio 16:9, brightness 500 nit, Orientation landscape, non-glare, view angle 170 degrees
Q3. Could you please specify the required length for the 4K HDMI cables?
Answer: I wouldn’t know until they have a wall unit display picked and we know where the video processor/KVM would be. I would say no less then 6ft, and probably closer to 8ft.
Q4. Regarding KVM switches, what specific features and how many ports should they support to meet your needs?
Answer: minimum 2 ports (4 preferred), HDMI display, 3.5 mm audio and microphone is all that is required.
Q5. To ensure the proper installation of the unit, could you provide details about the type of wall it will be mounted on? Are there any weight limitations or special requirements for drilling?
Answer: No limitation for drilling, unknow weight restrictions (data wall will weigh less than the current configuration of TVs on the walls in each of the conference rooms)
Q6. Will LCD panels be acceptable for these video walls?
Answer: No, LED Panels are requested
Q7. If LED panels are required, what is the desired pixel pitch?
Answer: Preferred pixel pitch will be 2.5mm, however anywhere in the 2-3mm range is acceptable
Q8. Do the walls where these video walls are going to be installed currently have electrical power installed? If not, will the contractor be required to install the electrical if needed?
Answer: Electrical is already on the walls, as there are currently displays in place
Q9. There is an item called "Data wall collaboration unit" on the Salient Characteristics. Can you please elaborate on what this item is?
Answer: This will take the single image coming out of the KVM and arrange it so it fits as a single image on the 2x2 data wall. And not display the image once on each screen
Q10. How many simultaneous images are you looking to have the capability to display on each wall? The KVMs have 4 inputs - we assume the output of the KVM will display to the video wall.

Answer: Can be a television, anything that meets our requirements and provides approximately 500cd/m(2) for brightness it not higher)
