Statement of Work 319th CES/CEX Renovation 14 May 2019
1. Introduction
1.1 The purpose of this requirement is to provide delivery and installation of new furniture to the Prime Beef Readiness Section building 418 on Grand Forks AFB, ND. The contractor shall provide all labor, parts, materials, tools, supplies and equipment necessary to deliver, assemble and install all office furnishings as described in Para 3 as well as the attached documentation.
2. Description of Service:
The contractor shall perform the following tasks:
2.1 Delivery, installation of new furniture, cleanup and disposal of all trash and debris off the installation in accordance with state and federal regulations.
2.2 Unload, uncrate and properly install all specified furnishings. Any damaged material or furnishings will not be accepted and shall be replaced by the contractor at no expense to the government.
3. Description of Items:
3.1 All furnishings shall be constructed according to the specifications, sizes and quantities listed in the table below as well as in the attachments. The contractor shall provide the following items with the specifications as noted:

4. Multipurpose Tables - (Model # BMPT6024PW or Equal) equal items must meet the following minimum specifications
4.1 All tables shall be freestanding and in no way dependent upon adjacent workstations for support.
4.2 All tables shall be able to support at a minimum a laptop, desk phone, and assorted administration supplies.
4.3 The body of all tables shall be backed with a standard grade high-pressure plastic laminate.
4.4 All tables shall be made to ensure easy assembly/disassembly. Wood screws as an attaching system are not acceptable.
4.5 All tables shall have rounded corners.
4.6 All tables shall have casters for easy movement over carpet.
4.7 All tables shall have the ability to fold the tabletop down so that the tables may nestle in on each other.
4.8 All tables must be stain and water-resistant.
5. Nesting Chairs - (Model # MN202SDCU24 or Equal) equal items must meet the following minimum specifications
5.1 All chairs must be constructed with a metal frame and be black in color.
5.2 All chairs must have casters for ease of movement.
5.3 All chairs must be equipped with arms.
5.4 All chairs must have a flip down/up seat for the ease of storing.
5.5 All chairs must have a fabric seat of red color with the back being black in color.
5.6 All chairs must be able to support up to 300lbs.
6. Office Chairs - (Model # BSXVL702MM10 or Equal) equal items must meet the following minimum specifications
6.1 All Office chairs should have a red seat and black back.
6.2 All Office chairs should have casters for easy movement over carpet.
6.3 All office chairs should be made of either leather or fabric.
6.4 All office chairs must be able to support up to 300lbs.
7. Break Room Tables - (Model # HONBTX30SPR8 or Equal) equal items must meet the following minimum specifications
7.1 All tables shall be between 30”- 36” in diameter.
7.2 All tables shall have casters for easy movement over carpet.
7.3 All tables must be stain and water-resistant.
8. Whiteboards - (Model #’s as specified in price schedule or Equal) equal items must meet the following minimum specifications
8.1 All Whiteboard must be magnetic.
8.2 All whiteboards must have a 1” map rail attached to the top or bottom.
8.3 The sliding whiteboard must have at least three sliding whiteboards
8.4 The grid whiteboard have a 1”x1” grid pattern
9. Storage Shelving/Cabinet - (Model #’s as specified in price schedule or Equal) equal items must meet the following minimum specifications
9.1 All metal shelving must have a total capacity of 2,000lbs.
9.2 All metal shelving must be able to adjust up and down without tools.
9.3 All metal shelving must have either wire decking or particleboard decking.
9.4 The metal cabinet must have hanging bins or stacking bins.
9.5 The metal cabinet must have between 90-170 bins included in the cabinet.
9.6 The metal cabinet must be lockable.
10. Delivery:
10.1 Delivery and installation shall be to 575 Tuskegee Airman BLVD, Building 418; Grand Forks AFB, ND 58205.
10.2 Contractor will be responsible for unloading delivery truck and inside delivery without government personnel assistance.
10.3 Delivery shall be within 90 days after contract award.
11. Hours of Operation:
11.1 All services shall be performed during normal working hours, Monday through Friday 0700-1700 with modified hours on military down days and Federal Holidays. The government will not compensate costs for overtime. Contractor must coordinate with POC at least 24 hours prior to delivery and installation.
