About this file

This document is a solicitation for transportation services across seven different geographic zones in Montana, detailing the Government's estimated maximum daily requirements for pick-up and delivery of personal property. The solicitation covers three types of transportation schedules (Outbound, Inbound, and Intra-City Area) with specific net current weight (NCWT) requirements: 200 NCWT for initial estimates and 180 NCWT for subsequent requirements, across zones covering counties such as Blaine, Broadwater, Cascade, Carter, Custer, Flathead, Gallatin, and others. Bidders must complete a "Bidder's Guaranteed Daily Capability" that equals or exceeds the Government's minimum acceptable daily capability for all items within an area of performance, with contractor capacity defined as the total ability to provide transportation services during one working day between 0800-1700 hours, before committing to non-Government requirements.
