Are the requirements of this solicitation the same/similar to that of the current contract? | The incumbent is Byrd Enterprises Unlimited, Inc. The base contract is FA462619DA001. This contract had a base year with three option years which were all ordering periods in the amount of $2,955,990.68. Any further contract or task order information can be found on SAM.gov. | |
| 3 | Can the subcontractor’s past performance be evaluated in place of the prime? | The subcontractor's past performance may be evaluated if the prime is a small business and proposes a teaming arraingment with a first-tier small business subcontractor. What is the process of getting something added? | Referencing PWS paragraph 4.4.3, all pesticides must be approved prior to use by the Command Entomologist if not on the base approved list. Send this list with the intended uses to the Contracting Officer. | |

CLIN 0005 is established for consumables and repairs to the irrigation system. | |
