QUESTIONS 1: FA4626-19-R-A017: Paving Requirements IDIQ

Question 1: What are the off-site storage capabilities for contractors?

Answer 1: Per 01 00 00 3.16 Contractor Storage Area and Work Site, if materials or equipment are to be stored on base more than 48 before work starts, or more than 48 hours after work ends, the Government requests approval of the storage location from the Contracting Officer. The standards of 01 00 00 3.16 only apply if materials or equipment are stored for more than 48 hrs. before starting work or more than 48 hours after work is complete.

Question 2: What are the work estimates for the base period?

Answer 2: Please see Attachment 1 Bid Schedule, for historical bid estimates. Actual work ordered will vary based on need.

Question 3: What is the RFP number?

Answer 3: The RFP number is FA4626-19-R-A017.

Question 4: What are the contract ordering minimums and maximums?

Answer 4: The minimum and maximum ordering values that the contractor must honor can be found in FAR 52.216-19. The minimum and maximum value that can be ordered on this contract vehicle is found in Section B of the solicitation.

Question 5: Does the Government want the original copy of the proposal on paper or on a CD?

Answer 5: The Government requires an original paper copy with hand written signature.
