NOTICE TO OFFERORS: FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS PROJECT. NO AWARD

WILL BE MADE UNDER THIS SOLICITATION UNTIL FUNDS ARE MADE AVAILABLE. THE

GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS SOLICITATION EITHER BEFORE OR AFTER

THE CLOSING DATE. THIS SYNOPSIS IS NOT A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE; DO NOT CONTACT THE

CONTRACTING OFFICE TO PROVIDE CAPABILITIES STATEMENTS OR NOTICE OF INTEREST.

This requirement is a 100% Small Business 8(a) Competitive Set-Aside Procurement, limited to 8(a) firms located within the geographical area serviced by the Kansas City District Office, and other 8(a) construction firms with a bonafide place of business within the geographical competitive area. All qualified 8(a) firms within the geographical area serviced by the Kansas City District Office, and other 8(a) construction firms with a bonafide place of business within the geographical competitive area, are eligible to participate. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, and the Small Business Size Standard is $35.5M. Work consists of providing all labor, supplies, materials, supervision, transportation, equipment and all else necessary to execute the Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineering Requirements (SABER) on Whiteman Air Force Base Missouri. Projects consist of multi-discipline construction projects involving repair, alteration or new construction of real property at Whiteman AFB. This will be a firm fixed price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. This contract will consist of a base period of 12 months, with four 12-month option years. The contract magnitude is between $25 Million and $100 Million. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 10 October 2019 on the FedBizOpps posting system at https://www.fbo.gov/.

No paper copies of the solicitation will be available. Note: Although we are providing a link for the Interested Vendors List, the listing will not be used to notify vendors of any amendments to the solicitation. It is your responsibility to monitor the FedBizOpps website for changes to the solicitation. The solicitation and associated information will be available only from the Federal Business Opportunities (FEDBIZOPS) website on-line at www.fbo.gov. FedBizOps is a web based dissemination tool designed to safeguard acquisition related information for all Federal agencies.
