THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR INFORMATION ONLY
THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE OR PROPOSAL
REFERENCE NUMBER: FA462519N0001
Potential sources are being sought for potential Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Design/Build Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) program at Whiteman AFB MO. No solicitation is being issued at this time. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Invitation for Bid (IFB), and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Any future solicitation, including specifications and/or drawings, will be made available on the Federal Business Opportunities website (http://www.fbo.gov/).
The government is seeking to identify qualified, experienced, and potential interested businesses capable of performing the type of work described herein. The MATOC provides a vehicle for execution of a broad range of maintenance; repair and minor/heavy construction performed under a design/build or bid/build process. For the purpose of this Request for Information (RFI), the work to be performed under the MATOC will be within the primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a small business size standard of $36,500,000.00; however the work can and will consist of any elements within the NAICS sector 23 (Construction), with subsectors 236 (Construction of Buildings), 237 (Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction) and 238 (Specialty Trade Contractors).
The Government is interested in identifying small businesses, to include, 8(a) and HUBZone and anticipates a five year (Base + 4 option years) contract. Whiteman AFB anticipates awarding multiple contracts with an expected minimum of three contracts. Each contract awarded will contain a basic 12-month period and four 12-month option periods. Description of the work will be identified in each individual task order. The program value per contract, is an estimated Not-to-Exceed amount of $30,000,000.00 over a five year period.
All interested parties are invited to respond. Potential Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), www.sam.gov, in order to conduct business with the Federal Government. Failure to register in the SAM database will cause your firm to be ineligible for consideration for any award.
Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. Please limit your capabilities statement to no more than five pages. Sources shall include in their information:
1. A capabilities statement detailing your capabilities in providing the same or similar services described in this notice.
2. A point of contact with phone and e-mail information.
3. DUNS and CAGE Code.
4. Business Socio-Economic Factors, such as: 8(a), HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran- Owned Business, Women-Owned Small Business, Small Business. If business holds more than one Socio-Economic status, list all that are held.
5. Business size based on (NAICS) Code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with the size standard is $36.5M.
6. A positive statement of interest to submit a proposal.

This request for information is not a solicitation and the Government will not pay for any information submitted, or for any costs associated with providing the information.
