NOTICE OF PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE
1. A pre-bid/pre-proposal conference will be conducted at 53384 Kansas Street, Bldg 840 (22d Contracting Squadron), McConnell AFB, Kansas, 67221 on Monday, 28 February 2020 at 10:00 AM CST (Local) Time for the purpose of answering questions regarding this solicitation.
If a(n) Offeror plans to attend the conference but does not have access to military installations, he/she must submit the following information for each individual attending:
(1) Individual's full name
(2) Social security number
(3) Date of birth
(4) Driver's license number and state of issue
2. Submit all attendees information (not to exceed three personnel for each primary offeror) to 2Lt Charles, Goldstein at charles.goldstein.1@us.af.mil, and MSgt Christian Ates at christian.ates@us.af.mil prior to 21 FEB 20 at 12:00 Noon CST (Local) Time. This information must be provided in advance in order to ensure access to the military base/conference site and adequate seating for the conference attendees.
3. Bidders/Offerors are requested to submit initial questions to the point of contact noted above not later than 24 FEB 2019 at 2:00 PM CST (Local) Time. Information provided at this conference shall not qualify the terms and conditions of the solicitation and specifications. Terms of the solicitation and specifications remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. If an amendment is issued, normal procedures relating to the acknowledgment and receipt of solicitation amendments shall apply.
4. A record of the conference shall be made and furnished to all prospective bidders/offerors. The record should include minutes of the meeting, including questions (on a non-attribution basis) and answers.
5. All final questions for clarification regarding this solicitation are required to be submitted to the point of contact noted above not later than Wednesday, 2 March 2020 at 4:00 PM CST (Local) Time. This is to ensure the government has sufficient time to answer all questions, and provide clarifications for all offerors to adequately complete their proposals. All questions and answers will be posted to this solicitation on www.beta.sam.gov, and made available to all interested offerors. Terms of the solicitation and specifications remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. If an amendment is issued, normal procedures relating to the acknowledgment and receipt of solicitation amendments shall apply.
